Lanterra Developments’ Notting Hill Launch

With the objective of increasing awareness for Lanterra Development’s newest project – Notting Hill, NKPR developed a strategic program that incorporated media relations, influencer management and large-scale event planning to help increase registration/sales for the new condominium.

To foster awareness for the Notting Hill project with key prospective buyers and individuals within the broker/agent community, NKPR facilitated targeted media relations, securing notable project coverage in top-tier outlets such as National Post, Toronto Sun, Condo Life, NextHome, and more. 

To engage Lanterra Development’s key broker/agent stakeholders and launch the sales of this new project, NKPR created a unique industry event for over 100 attendees to bring to life the essence of Notting Hill living. The event included British Guards, interactive floral markets, a stellar performance by a Beatles cover band, and appetizers and beverages that were influenced by the UK’s most coveted dishes.

Further engaging with the local community and prospective buyers, NKPR helped execute a block party at the current Plant World – where Notting Hill will be built - that incorporated British elements (guards, décor, etc.) in a local event that hosted over 1,000 community members, local media and agents to partake in a celebration offering free food offerings, a kids play station and music. To further amplify the event, NKPR secured pre-event coverage to drive attendance and utilized an influencer program during the event to leverage awareness on social media.
