The NEXXT Philosophy

With deep-seated, community research in prominent commercial development markets around the world, we begin each project with the paying close attention to the way people live and work. We gather data on cultural behavior, local and global market trends, and functionality of modern spaces used for work and living—in order to express the most relevant and desirable usage of each space we develop. With rising costs in urban housing and commercial development, it is our goal to maximize the value of your investment and provide your clients with a unique experience. These initiatives are the cornerstone of our people-first philosophy.

Natasha Koifman

“The spaces where we work and we live have become more closely integrated over the last decade, and with that comes an evolution in how developers connect prospective buyers and end-users to a new space. As your consultants, we look at your building development strategy and end measures of success holistically, maximizing on opportunities for you to earn full ROI on each square foot of your space.”

Natasha Koifman created notable North American public relations agency NKPR in 2002 to combine her two passions: sharing stories of substance and championing important causes.

Through more than 20 years of experience in the evolving public relations industry, Natasha has built long-standing relationships and strong confidence with her clients in the real estate and design industries. Praise for her keen understanding of the unique wants and needs of each developer and their various target audiences inspired Natasha to be at the forefront of the real estate development space focusing on high- and low-rise condominiums and suburban residential developments. As president of her PR Company and a leading consultant for developers and the real estate community, Natasha remains strongly in-tune with the diverse and rapidly growing real estate landscapes of the continent’s largest downtown cores and surrounding suburban neighborhoods.

Throughout Natasha’s career, she has been continually noted as one of Canada's most powerful and innovative women in public relations. Believing strongly in giving back, Natasha is the President of the Board for Artists for Peace and Justice Canada and on the Board of Directors for APJ USA. She also holds board seats with St. Felix Centre, and continues to support various North American charities working to improve the lives of others.

Natasha divides her time between Toronto, New York City and Los Angeles.
